Not only recycle paper, but use less paper. Do not print anything until you abolutely have to. Use electronic documents and email or employee portals or document libraries instead of distributing paper.
Set all printers to print on both sides of the paper by default.
Convert paper processes/forms into electronic processes/forms and workflows.
With computers, laptops, iPhones, thumb drives, email and other electronic means available, paper should be a last resort...
