Interacting with Government should not only be about transactions....
One problem on Government Websites for visitors is lack of
any evidence that their actions have made any difference or that
anyone is listening.
Communicating, via a site, that their
recommendations have led to a change may sway more people to
get involved. Thus, their actions are rewarded and everyone benifits.
This can build trust, and could result in more feedback, and even more transactions.
