The 59th Annual Rochester Hometown Christmas Parade will take place this year on Sunday, December 5 2010. The parade begins at 1:45 PM at the corner of Tienken and Rochester roads and will continue south along Main Street to Third Street in downtown Rochester. Children of all ages will enjoy 36 floats, 9 marching bands, 14 drill teams, horse drawn carriages, dogs, clowns, fire trucks, marchers and who cannot forget the jolly old elf himself Santa Claus. This year's parade theme is Candy Lane on Main.

- Pancake Breakfast - 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

- Visits with Santa before the Parade - 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

- Post Parade Community Open House - Immediately following the parade

Hot dogs, meat balls, cocoa, foffee, cookies, doughnuts and other goodies will be available for purchase.

Downtown Rochester
Storefronts up and down Main Street will shine brightly, decorated with over a million holiday LED lights.
