Come trick-or-treat in Royal Oak at this year's 26th annual Spooktacular. This free event, sponsored by the Royal Oak Downtown Development Authority, takes place on Sunday, October 25, 2009 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Businesses throughout Downtown Royal Oak will be handing out candy and other festive goodies. There will be plenty of fun for the entire family, including face painting and pumpkin bowling.
