Are you looking for a merry-not-scary way to celebrate Halloween? Then check out the Detroit Zoo’s annual Zoo Boo event. This family-friendly event is a great way for little and not so little ones to dress up and trick-or-treat down a half mile decorated trail through the zoo. Live entertainment and games for the entire family are also available. 

The Zoo Boo takes place on the evenings of October 17-19, 24-26 and 30-31. Make sure to purchase your tickets early, because this event does sell out. Tickets can be purchased in advance either online or at the zoo.  Tickets are $6 for ages 2 and up.
